Adrienne L. Thiel joined Children’s Rights Society in December of 2021. Adrienne received her undergraduate degree from the College at Brockport, New York and her Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law. During her time in law school, Adrienne provided legal advocacy and representation for low-income individuals and children while working for both the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office as well as The Council for Children’s Rights.

Prior to coming to Children’s Rights Society Inc., Adrienne was an associate attorney with the Law Office of Benjamin Greenwald, where she provided representation in criminal, matrimonial, and family court proceedings. Most recently Adrienne was a senior staff attorney for Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, where she advocated for local veterans as well as victims of domestic violence in family court and local housing courts. 

Adrienne is a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan County.
