Christopher Widholm joined the Children’s Rights Society in 2024.  Previously, he worked as an Attorney for Children with the Rockland County Legal Aid Society from 2000-2024.  Prior to that, he worked as the Executive Director of Chautauqua County Legal Services from 1998 to 2000, and as an Assistant Public Defender for the Chautauqua County Public Defender’s Office from 1995-1998.  He holds a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University, and a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School.
